As part of Expo Gondomar 2017, ANJE, in collaboration with HCCT, hosted a workshop about Team Leadership in the Business Environment on May 26. 

The event began with a reception and welcome address by Dr. Carlos Brás, Gondomar City councilman responsible for the municipality's economic development.

Vítor Mota, CEO of HCCT, discussed the essential characteristics leaders must possess to achieve conscious leadership that enhances team performance in a business environment.

PDA International’s Iberian director, Katrym Vega, demonstrated how PDA can be used to improve team management. As a scientifically validated tool, it stands out for its simplicity, effectiveness, and detailed descriptions of behavioral profiles. It can be applied at group and individual levels, facilitating team development and its members.

The questions raised by participants highlighted the increasing importance of effective and efficient leadership is becoming increasingly important for both companies and their leaders.
