On February 22, Penafiel Secondary School hosted a day dedicated to sharing experiences and fostering learning as part of its Entrepreneurship Days initiative.
HCCT, represented by its CEO, Vítor Mota, delivered a talk on entrepreneurship and the key skills it entails. The discussion emphasized that entrepreneurship is fundamentally about identifying a market need and developing a solution that effectively addresses it.
The importance of passion in one’s work was also highlighted, as it fuels motivation and perseverance, both essential qualities in overcoming obstacles.
The event welcomed entrepreneurs from a variety of regional business sectors, along with representatives from the Penafiel Employment Center and the Tâmega e Sousa Intermunicipal Community.
