On February 14, HCCT closed a Mentorship for Leaders Program, promoted for one of its clients.

This moment marked the culmination of an intense journey that began in May 2024. We reflected on each leader's starting point, the transformations that have taken place along the way, and the challenges that still await them.

More than just an imparting of knowledge, it was a space for discovering and reinforcing essential skills for leading with empathy and determination.

The program that finishes does not come to an end; it comes alive with everyday challenges. With new tools and insights, these leaders move forward with a clearer purpose and the security of those who know that true leadership is built every day.
