On May 27, the 2nd Thematic Lunch took place at ISEP's H202 Auditorium, featuring a conference on Team Leadership in Business Environments.

Engineer and Professor António Andrade, President of ISEP and the IIP Alumni Association, opened the event and welcomed all attendees.

First, Vítor Mota, CEO of HCCT, connected the pillars of conscious leadership with team development - key factors that enhance team performance in business environments.

Next, Katrym Vega, Iberian director of PDA International demonstrated the usefulness of PDA, a scientifically proven tool that provides behavioral profile descriptions, identifying both strengths and areas for development within the team and its respective members.

The number and depth of questions from participants reflected that leaders are increasingly recognizing the value of behavioral and interpersonal skills in driving results.
