ANJE and Gondomar City Council, in collaboration with HCCT, organized the conference “How to Lead in Business” held at the Goldpark facilities in Gondomar, on September 20 at 5,30 p.m.

Dr. Carlos Brás, Gondomar City Councillor responsible for economic development, delivered the opening remarks for the conference.

The speaker, Vítor Mota, CEO of HCCT, shared his perspective on the key steps to achieving truly effective leadership: what to do, how to do it, and what resources to rely on. He highlighted the importance of continuously monitoring the impacts of decisions to ensure that they contribute to established goals.

During the presentation, several management support tools were highlighted, ranging from simple solutions like Excel to more advanced systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms and behavioral profile analysis tools like PDA. These resources were presented as essential allies for more informed, strategic leadership.

The active participation of those present throughout the session revealed the growing recognition, on the part of more than half a hundred leaders present, of the importance of investing in effective and efficient results-oriented leadership.
