The conference held on October 25 at the District explored the key skills needed for effective leadership and successful business management in an engaging and light-hearted way.

The statement "Thinking without acting won't produce results; acting without thinking is risky, to say the least," set the tone for the event organized by HCCT in partnership with Calculbeliever and District. The conference encouraged participants to consider how to think and act in a structured way when leading people and managing businesses, with the ultimate goal of achieving consistent and meaningful results.

The session began with Vítor Mota, CEO of HCCT, who outlined his vision for inspiring and effective leadership. He explained not only what needs to be done and how to achieve, but also shared tools and resources leaders can use to enhance their performance.

Following this, Sónia Cunha, Managing Partner at Calculbeliever, gave a presentation on how to achieve clear and structured financial management, even with basic or minimalist tools.
