On March 11, the Secondary School of Penafiel organized another edition of the Entrepreneurship Days, a consolidated event in the school community.
As in previous years, the initiative was attended by some businessmen and entrepreneurs from different sectors of the region as well as a representative of the Intermunicipal Community of Tâmega e Sousa.
Vítor Mota, CEO of HCCT, was present and made an intervention highlighting the importance of personally identifying with our decisions, this time under the motto "What to Do".
Choosing between continuing studies, entering the job market, or exploring other alternatives remains one of the main difficulties for young people preparing to complete secondary education.
Supported by his personal history, Vítor Mota emphasized the bravery of a decision "aligned" with himself and the importance of thinking critically and strategically. A moment of decision should not be an endpoint but a step toward the future. In an increasingly unpredictable context, where fragility and anxiety are intertwined, courage opens paths.
We thank the Secondary School of Penafiel for the invitation, in particular, to Dr. Henrique Silva, whose dedication has been essential to the success of this initiative. We also wish the students facing this decision all the best in their journey.
"Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
